Terms and conditions of sale

The vmcodes.io website is operated by VM Software Lab SRL, with registered office in Bucharest, Romania, registered with the Romanian Trade Registry (ONRC) under no. J2025075312001, Tax ID (CUI) 52618692. Contact: vm.codes11@gmail.com.

This document governs the sale of digital courses and related services (community access, mentorship, group sessions) offered on vmcodes.io to natural person consumers, delivered entirely online.

Placing an order and completing payment constitutes reading, understanding, and full acceptance of these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy. If you disagree with any of these documents, do not complete the order.

Prices are displayed in RON (Romanian lei) and include all applicable taxes. VM Software Lab SRL is a Romanian micro-enterprise not registered for VAT; no VAT is added to invoices. Fiscal invoices are issued automatically via Oblio after payment is received and sent to the email used at checkout.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., in compliance with PCI-DSS standards. We do not store card data on our servers. Order confirmation is sent by email immediately after payment validation.

Digital courses are delivered instantly by email: an access link (Google Colab, Discord, or similar platform) and an authentication key, as applicable. Access is valid for 12 months from the purchase date, except for community subscriptions (continuous access while membership remains active). For delivery issues, write to vm.codes11@gmail.com within 48 hours.

Under Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance (OUG) 34/2014 on consumer rights in distance contracts, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of purchase, without justification.

For digital content, OUG 34/2014 Art. 16 letter m) provides an exception: the right of withdrawal is lost once contract performance begins with your express consent and acknowledgment of this loss. By completing the order and accessing the materials, you provide this consent.

Despite this, VM Software Lab SRL voluntarily offers a more generous refund policy. See Refund Policy: /legal/refunds.

All courses, videos, documents, platform source code, and related materials are the exclusive property of VM Software Lab SRL and are protected by Romanian Law 8/1996 on copyright. Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license, strictly for personal, non-commercial use. Redistribution, sharing of credentials, copying, resale, or commercial use of the materials are strictly prohibited and constitute copyright infringement.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information at purchase, to use the materials exclusively for personal purposes, and not to share credentials (Colab link, API keys, Discord access) with third parties. Breach of these obligations may result in immediate access revocation without refund.

Courses are educational materials. We commit to delivering content matching the website description and to remedy any non-conformity reported under the law (Romanian Law 449/2003 on product sale and associated warranties).

We do not guarantee specific outcomes (a particular job, salary level, certification); these depend on the buyer's effort, context, and qualifications. VM Software Lab SRL's liability is limited, in any case, to the amount actually paid for the course in question.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control: prolonged cloud-infrastructure outages, acts of authorities, armed conflicts, pandemics, natural disasters, etc.

We reserve the right to update these terms. The version applicable to an order is the one published at the moment the order is placed. Material changes will be notified by email to buyers with active access.

This contract is governed by Romanian law. For any dispute, the parties will first attempt amicable settlement via email. If no agreement is reached, jurisdiction belongs to the Romanian courts at the seller's registered office.

Consumers may also address the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC, anpc.ro) or the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR, ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
